October's birthstone, tourmaline is the only gem whose crystal forms in a trianguar, or "trigon" shape. Most notably occuring in pink, tourmalines also exist in other colors and cominations, such as green and blue (known as indicolite). Fun and playful, pink tourmaline is a favorite for its fashionable appearance, even among those born in other months. This simple, yet elegant ring features thirteen prong set pink tourmaline stones, in a neat row atop a white gold band.
